Terms of Service
The basics of using Everen, in plain language.
Who can use Everen
Everen is intended for adults. You must be at least 17 years old (18 in some regions) to create an account and use the app. The app is a wellness and self-reflection tool, not a clinical service.
By using Everen you agree to use it for personal growth and self-understanding. It is not designed to treat, diagnose, or manage medical or psychiatric conditions.
Not a substitute for professional care
Everen is not a substitute for professional therapy or a medical service; we are not therapists. Our aim is to help people improve their mental health, understand themselves better, and through our daily challenges, quizzes, and reflections offer a new perspective.
Subscriptions and billing
Everen offers a free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Your reflections and content
Your journal entries, quiz answers, and reflections belong to you. We store them securely so your daily loop and progress are available when you return.
We do not sell your personal reflections. Aggregated, anonymized patterns may inform product improvement, but your words stay private to your account.
Acceptable use
Please use Everen kindly and honestly, with yourself and others. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law in your region.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
