Privacy Policy
How we protect, store, and use your reflections.
What we collect
Everen collects the information you choose to share: your reflections, quiz and challenge responses, streak and level progress, and basic account details such as your email address. We collect only what we need to keep your daily loop working.
How we store and protect your data
All account data is stored in Supabase. Your journal content is encrypted at rest, and access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies so that only your own account can read or write your entries. We follow least-privilege access for our own systems.
Even with these safeguards, no online service is perfectly secure. We work to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How we use your information
We use your data to power your loop: showing your streaks, surfacing patterns through Reflect, and remembering where you left off. Aggregated, anonymized data may help us improve the product, but your individual reflections are never sold or shared for advertising.
Reflect and your entries
Reflect reads your entries only to mirror your streaks, moods, and patterns back to you. It does not diagnose or treat, and it cannot access anything outside your account. You can delete individual entries or your whole account at any time.
Your rights and choices
You can export or delete your data from within the app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, which you can exercise by contacting us through the app.
Children and age limits
Everen is for users aged 17 and older (18 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect data from younger children, and accounts created by minors below the minimum age are not permitted.
Crisis and emergency care
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a helpline right away. Everen is a wellness companion and cannot provide emergency or medical care.
Contact us
If you have questions about this privacy policy or your data, you can reach us through the support option in the app. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
