Getting help
The fastest way to reach a person is to email support@everen.today. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days.
If you're writing about a problem in the app, telling us your device, your OS version, and roughly when it happened lets us find it far faster.
You can also send feedback from inside the app: Profile → Feedback. That reaches the same inbox and automatically includes your app version.
Managing your subscription
Everen's subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so it is managed from your store account rather than from inside the app.
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then select Everen. From there you can change plan or cancel.
On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Everen.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is removed early, and your writing is never deleted because a subscription lapsed.
If you were charged unexpectedly or believe something went wrong with a purchase, refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store → Order history → Report a problem. Email us as well and we'll help you chase it.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new device and your subscription isn't showing, open Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same store account that made the original purchase, and to the same Everen account.
If it still doesn't unlock after a restore, email us with the store account email you purchased with and we'll fix it manually.
Your data, exports and deletion
Your journal entries belong to you. We don't sell them, and there are no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs in the app.
To permanently delete your account: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and all of your journal content from our servers and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription — cancel that separately using the steps above.
To request a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account and we'll send an export.
What Everen is, and what it isn't
Everen is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, not a medical service, and not a substitute for professional care. We are not therapists, and Everen does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Your companion reflects on what you write. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and it should not be relied on for any of those.
If you need help right now
Everen cannot provide emergency or medical care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or one of these free, confidential helplines.
